SELF ANKLE MOBILIZATION by Dr. Ryan DeBell

Dr. DeBell shows us some great tips for increasing our ankle mobility. As we age, I am finding that this area of the body needs more maintenance and activation for everyday life, let alone working out. Using these tips from Dr. DeBell will most definitely increase our ability to squat, run, jump and have better overall flexibility. I would even suggest adding some calf mobilization – it works for me. Take a look at what Dr. DeBell of The Movement Fix has to share with us.
