These are two great videos for what I would consider "general all-purpose" warm-ups. They cover the most widely used body parts that would be involved in almost any workout. I can't stress enough how important it is to complete a through and proper warm up, especially for us Masters. Take a look at what Dr. Ryan DeBell of The Movement Fix has to share with us.
