Kirstin Lauritzen DC

Your life is your health.

Dr. Kirstin is a licensed Chiropractor in Portland, Oregon and brings Chiropractic to her patients and athletes with Gym-Calls. With the convenience of having a Chiropractor come to you, she breaks down movement and fascia patterns to treat the cause of the pain and prevent future injuries.

She has also developed nutrition programs for patients and clients when she had many patients asking for help. Nutrition is often neglected due to its apparent complexities, so she went to work to make it simple. With weekly one-on-one check-ins, she helps her clients make major improvements towards their goals.

She holds a BA degrees in Psychology and Neuroscience, and Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and her Doctor of Chiropractic from University of Western States, and a certificate in further education into Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and will complete the full Masters program in early 2018. For fun, she utilizes her CrossFit Level 1 certification to understand better how to coach patients and clients through better movements. She has played many sports throughout her life and is passionate about encouraging others to get moving. If you’d like to learn more about her you will find her at

Franchesca Vermillion, DC

Dr. Vermillion grew up in upstate New York and moved to Colorado to attend the University of Denver for her bachelor’s degree in molecular biology. Her undergraduate degree launched an interest in nutrition and the role of micronutrients in the body. She earned her doctorate at Western States Chiropractic College in 2006 and has actively practiced both chiropractic and nutrition in both private and group settings.

She now specializes in neuromuscular re-education at University of Western States. This is performed by combining neurology, movement, tapping, and integrated medicine into a complex body system that treats people as a whole, rather than individual parts – a fancy way to say using muscle and orthopaedic tests to help inform the treatment approaches from a whole body perspective.

When not in the office, Dr. Vermillion trains and competes in Power lifting and Highland games. She enjoys spending time with her family exploring the great north west.
